Shared property · Keeper’s part

  1. The roof

On the shared plan. When it needs work, your Keeper finds the pro and gets the quote.

  2. Gutters and grounds

Gutter cleaning, leaf removal and snow removal, scheduled through the year.

  3. Common areas

Entries, hallways and the other shared spaces, kept on the same plan.

  4. Quotes

On the more expensive jobs, we can get written quotes to compare.

  5. Approvals

Every job is approved by text before it is booked: by the owners or by the board, the way your association decides.

  6. Vendor Reception

Your Keeper lets the pros in, walks them through the job and follows up.

  7. The price

Priced for the property. Contractors bill the association directly, at their price.

Who approves the work?

Your association does, the way your rules say: the owners or the board. Every job is approved by text before it is booked.

How is it priced?

For the property. We talk through what the owners share on the intro call and price it from there. Contractors bill the association directly, at their price.

What does Keeper look after, and what stays with each owner?

Your Keeper looks after what the owners share: the roof, the gutters, the grounds and the common areas. Each owner’s own home can have its own membership.

Can we keep the pros we already use?

Yes. If the association already has a roofer or a landscaper it trusts, your Keeper schedules them, lets them in and follows up, the same as with ours.

Where do you work?
